Okinawa, early 1980s

Of all the places I’ve been, Okinawa is still the place with the kindest, most generous and warm-hearted people. I will never forget how welcoming they were to a young man just getting started in life. They set an example I have tried to live up to, not always very well.

These photos were taken with a 35mm film camera. The quality isn’t very good, but I’m posting anyway for prosperity's sake. I guess I‘ll need to go back and get better shots.
